My name is Shane and I run my blogs under the alias of Troy Spro so no one knows who I am.
This is my page where you will find out a little more about me and the reason I write about the different topics here at Troy Spro.
I had been writing about some of my main interests and passions, nutrition, exercise, sport, music, sales and also day to day Brisbane life.
All these areas I have been involved with since I left school, worked for a few years and then migrated to Gold Coast, Brisbane, and now to Biloela.
I have streamlined these topics a bit over the last months and am settling into TroySpro.com.au just being about Life, Music, and Travel.
There will be a bit of crossover between life and travel obviously but I’ll sort this out as I go.
Also I have got underway with Protein Guy and Calculate Gross Profit, so go and check these out too if you want.

Life
I use to live on the Northside of Brisbane and now currently I live in Biloela.
With a young family, we decided to get out and about alot, so I will be writing about what we have done in Brisbane, where to go, places to see etc as I discover more about the beautiful City we used to live in.
Now living in a different part of Queensland we are getting to see a lot more different places as well as having to experience a lot of different challenges of shifting into a new town.

I started guitar when I was 17 and have played guitar, bass and sung in bands in NZ and Australia since then.
I have written originals and also played in many varied cover bands.
I have a passion for music of all type’s and hope to pass on info, review and enlighten with my scribbles on music, playing and listening.
I have a goal to play most of my favourite songs in a one man show at a pub when I reach my retirement years and maybe smash out a few originals on the way.
So I am looking at writing about learning to play songs, bands, and instruments here.
I have more time now, with the shift to another town, to play guitar more often and also learn more songs.

Travel
I will be writing about travel here too.
The places I/we visit as we head out around Queensland and Australia.
How we plan, what we take, travel and drive times, where we stay, what we do etc etc should all be covered.
There will be a few crossovers still between my life category and travel for the moment, but that will change over time as I/we do more.
I have moved on from Nutrition, Exercise and Sport, Sales, and the Mining categories for now.
The Nutrition, Exercise, and Sport will start to pop more on ProteinGuy.com.au, and the Sales category will appear more on CalculateGrossProfit.com.au
