This error comes upon Netbank every now and then for me, I am up pretty early doing stuff and so I log on to net banking with the Commonwealth Bank around 4am or around 5am.
I log on to banking, I can see our accounts and when I click to see transactions Netbank and Commonwealth log me out with the Error Message No. FE054.
From what I can tell about error FE054 and also doing a bit of searching it is either a browser or just a maintenance thing happening with the bank, the funny thing is that when that particular error comes up it isn’t explained properly through Commonwealth’s social media pages if they are asked about it, they generally come back with a “We are glad it’s back working again” as the people who have asked have been able to log on again, also note that when searching for this Error Message FEO54 on Netbank/Commonwealth Banks website’s there is no answer either.
So in saying that and also getting to the bottom of the Error Message No. FE054 from Commonwealth, I’m really not 100% sure about the meaning of the error, only in the fact that if I close my browser window, open it up again and look at banking a while later the error is no longer there.
Error FE054 doesn’t seem to have a particular time it happens either, so not the same time of the day everyday, which would indicate to me a server restart or security upgrade.
So my search for the ever elusive meaning of Error Message No. FE054 from Netbank/Commonwealth Bank will continue on, the only time I have a look around for the meaning of this error happening is when it happens, if I find out what it definitely is and have hard concrete evidence, I’ll let you know.
