I have just recently finished a tub of Prodigy Pre Workout by PNI which is an American supplement that is bought into Australia.
I had the raspberry lemonade flavour which was a good flavour too and not too sickly or one that you can get sick off easily either.
Now like most pre workout supplements this has the usual suspects in the ingredient profile and also a few extra too.
Prodigy Pre Workout is a 246gm 30 serve pre workout designed to give you more energy, strength and pump throughout your workouts and that it certainly does.
So, I only used 1 scoop of the powder pre training throughout taking the tub and for me this was enough, also I was adding in one teaspoon of beetroot powder too every now and then which was another supplement I was taking at the time.
I took Prodigy Pre Workout around the half an hour mark before training and it settled well, so no burps or reflux.
The Beta Alanine as per usual starts the kicking in process for me and I can feel it usually in about 15 minutes and then the rest of the ingredients follow through after that.
I train in the morning and have a new squid in the house at the moment too so this pre workout certainly got me out of a few holes when I was tired and not really wanting to do my gym training session.
I found it was good for running and cardio too, as I said above, not much burping and reflux which is great if you are doing a bit higher intensity training or training and playing sport too.

You can buy Prodigy Pre Workout from your local supplement shop or health food store if they stock the brand from the Australian distributors, alternatively as per normal you can buy Prodigy online from many different websites here in Australia, I bought Prodigy from one of my local supplement shops here in Brisbane.
So, Prodigy is a great pre workout that delivers as it says on the label and I’d recommend it to anyone that was asking about, enjoy and train hard.
