Like I have said through this whole process, there is plenty for you to work and consider outside of you just training for your sport, you have to set a realistic goal, change your diet and nutrition to achieve your goal in a set time and find the best way to get there through your training and supplementation.
Weight loss for sports and any other reason is hard work and requires dedication and a good mindset, there will be times when you see an advertisement for junk food on TV and just want to die, you will see other people achieving more than you because they are in great shape and there will be times when you ask yourself “What am I doing?”
The key is to get through all of this, keep your eyes on the prize and keep on setting and achieving your goals.
Little triumphs day to day add up to a lot over a period of a week, a month and then a year.
Don’t be afraid to set small goals to get yourself through the day, the times where you feel like you could eat the legs off a low flying duck but still have an hour to go until lunch, you will need to get through that and the only person who can do this is you.
