Training at the Hub Total Fitness Gym in Gladstone

I travel a fair bit for work and I travelled to Gladstone in the last week while on my way up to Rockhampton and so I trained at Hub Total Fitness Gym in Gladstone while I was there.

I have travelled to Gladstone a fair amount of times before for my last job, but I have another sales role now and have just started to come back here again as my area that I cover has been expanded.

I can remember when this was Figures Fitness back in the day and was right in the middle of Gladstone and then the anticipation of the move to new premises and the start of the new name also, but I hadn’t had the opportunity to train here at all until now and I’m glad I did.

The Hub Total Fitness is a gym that has a great feeling about it as soon as you walk in through the automatic doors, it is bright, happy and the staff was very helpful.

It also is a very big gym with plenty going on and multiple rooms to get your workout done and dusted once you have a look around.

This are my last North Lakes Costco opening pictures

Here is the last lot of pictures from the Coscto opening here at North Lakes in Brisbane.

The good thing about this is that I finally get to move on from Costco in regards to writing as it certainly has been all consuming for a while, in a good way though as I have enjoyed following something that is local to me.

But I certainly have been stacking up ready for writing other things we have been up to in and around our Narangba area and Brisbane generally.

Below are the big fans that are on the ceiling of the building, I thought I’d snap a shot as I have seen these around the place in schools and in other big warehouses, they certainly are massive fans and in smaller buildings you can feel the air moving.

I’d say they would have to be about 4 metre long blades at least.
